Jennifer and/or Darrell will listen closely and give you clear, actionable adjustments (via video or audio) that you can apply right away — helping you move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Our regular turnaround time is 3-5 business days. If you need expedited help, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

This option is ideal when you need focused feedback on one specific issue or challenge.
